Why this day

Art older than the vineyards

We pick you up at 08:00 and drive about 2h15 east to the Côa Museum. On a guided visit you learn what made the Côa Valley special for the first Homo sapiens, and the traces they left behind on its rocks.

Lunch is at the museum restaurant, known for regional cooking, a good wine list and wide views. Local products are the stars of the menu, with a tasting of wines and regional products.

After lunch a 4x4 takes you out to one of the rock art sites with an official guide. These are protected places and can only be visited with one. Then it’s about 2h15 back to Porto, sitting back in the quiet of the Tesla.
