Small print
Comfort breaks (WC / short stretch, no sightseeing) are included at no extra cost.
Entrance fees and meals are not included.
If a stop runs longer than the selected time window, extra waiting time is €40 per 30 minutes.
For fuller sightseeing programmes, a scenic transfer-day upgrade (several stops and/or substantial extra time on the road) is from €250–€350 on top of the base transfer price, or we'll quote a private day experience separately.
Charging stops (included)
On longer journeys a short charging stop may be needed. It's part of the trip logistics and included at no extra cost.
Whenever possible we plan it somewhere interesting (Fátima, Alcácer do Sal, Vigo or another stop on your route), so you can stretch your legs, have a coffee or make a light visit while the car charges.
Mandatory charging stops are not charged as sightseeing stops. Optional extra visits beyond the charging window follow the en-route stop prices.
If you already want a paid visit where we need to charge, we combine the two so you don't lose time.
Good to know
Prices are for a private Tesla, one-way, per vehicle, up to 3 passengers with standard luggage.
Standard luggage: one medium/large suitcase and one cabin bag or personal item per passenger (typically 3 + 3). Tell us in advance about extra bags, oversized items, golf equipment, child seats or mobility aids, so we can confirm the best vehicle setup or arrange a luggage solution.
Night transfers (22:00–07:00): +20%.
Airport pickups include reasonable waiting time after landing. Your flight details help us monitor the arrival.
Non-standard pickup or drop-off addresses may adjust the final quote slightly.
Transfers pair perfectly with our Douro Valley experiences and with multi-day itineraries (for example Douro + Lisbon, or Douro + Algarve).
